3. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations

3.1 Appointments

When scheduling a service, you agree to provide accurate contact information and ensure property access during the appointment window.

3.2 Recurring Service Plans

Recurring plans automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with your agreement. Terms of recurring services (frequency, pricing, cancellation terms) may be outlined in your signed service agreement.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may be subject to fees depending on the plan you selected. For recurring plans, early cancellation fees may apply if outlined in your service contract.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. By making a purchase, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• All information you submit is accurate and complete

Late payments may result in service interruption or additional fees.

5. Customer Accounts

If you create an online account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ProForce is not liable for unauthorized account use resulting from your failure to safeguard your information.

6. Proforce SMS, Calls & Electronic Communications Policy

1. 1. By providing your phone number or completing a form on the site you consent to receiving the following:
      1. SMS Text Messages – Proforce will send messages associated with your request for information, including marketing/sales offers, account information, appointment notifications and other marketing and operational messages.
      2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as before and messaging will resume.
      3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with HELP for more assistance or contact us at customercare@proforcepest.com.
      4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Phone Calls (Manual and Automated) including the use of an auto-dialer 

• Emails including promotional offers, marketing and sales emails, and related to service and scheduling.

7. User-Submitted Content

If you submit reviews, comments, images, or other content, you grant ProForce a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute that content for business purposes.
You agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or misleading content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including logos, images, text, graphics, videos, and software—is the property of ProForce Pest Control or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

9. Third-Party Links

10. Warranties & Disclaimers
