 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  After I returned from a week out of town on vacation I discovered a whole family of carpenter ants moved in while I was away.   Yesterday, (on a Sunday)  I called 4 places for quotes to help with this new family of ants that just moved in and they even had EGGS when I arrived back from out of town! What a panic I was in! Coming home from vacation with an unexpected bill is no fun. Proforce was the most reasonable amount AND was able to come next day (today on a Monday)! Wow! James arrived today, on time and was very knowledgeable, prepared and offered suggestions and help. He answered all our questions. He was friendly and was a great experience. I took the day off work for this and am so grateful we are receiving services from Proforce. Money well spent and hundreds of dollars less than other companies! Great business!

Technicians are always respectful of property, polite, thorough, and address any concerns. UPDATE: Today I called Customer Service and spoke to "Jade." She was kind, patient, empathetic, and just amazing! I wasn't having the best day and she literally MADE my day better! Thank you Jade!! UPDATE: Tyrese from ProForce Pest Control did an outstanding job! He was punctual, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was doing. You can tell he really knows what he's doing—he answered all my questions with confidence and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. What stood out most was his attention to detail and genuine care for doing the job right. He didn’t rush and made sure every area was properly addressed. On top of that, he was friendly and respectful the entire time. Highly recommend Tyrese if you’re looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, kind, and easy to work with! UPDATE 3/31/26: Another impressive technician from ProForce. I am impressed with how detailed of work he did and honestly believe whatever the company is paying him, it’s not enough! He treated the outside of the house and the yard.  In addition, he reloaded a rodent bait station.  He did a most thorough job on removing spider webs and associated debris from the windows and eaves. But when I voiced my complaints they stepped up & went out of their way to make it right. I have been with them now for about 4 months & yesterday, Saturday, a gentleman named Patrick came out to check all of the bait boxes to make sure that they’re not showing any signs of being used. Which means the mouse/rat infestation is gone. He was very thorough & very informative, told me exactly what he saw & his assessment of things. Overall… I have to say, in spite of a negative 1st impression, Proforce has completely changed my opinion of them & I am thoroughly happy with my experience. They truly cared when I was upset about something. And that’s rare these days… A company gets so big they stop caring about the individual people who make their business what it is. He was respectful and so kind, he asked if we had any issues he addressed the issues we had.and I feel he went above and beyond. I even messaged him to see how I could schedule a follow up since I didnt have time to schedule anything in my home and he called right away and came back to do the things I needed inside. He called me after since I was not at home to advise me of what he had done. I appreciate Steven and his work ethic very much, in a time when the world wants to do the bare minimum Steven did BEYOND the maximum with a smile! A++ rating for Steven. Could tell he was a good human right off the bat. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the company and all the services they provide and he was super easy to talk to. I also thought the company’s pricing was pretty reasonable but we will see how well it works!
