Charles Fox is the Chief Strategy Officer of Proforce Pest Control, leading strategy, analytics, business intelligence, and technology initiatives across the company’s pest control and home services operations.
A Princeton graduate and CFA charterholder, Charles has extensive experience in wealth management and fintech, where he led data science and analytics teams. At Proforce Pest Control, he built the company’s data engineering and business intelligence capabilities from the ground up, turning complex data into actionable insights. His work optimizes pricing, service routing, operational efficiency, and customer experience, enabling Proforce Pest to scale its pest management services effectively and sustainably.
